Accessibility

We're wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. The Arium is easily accessible as the majority of our site is set across one level. Cafe Arium offers a mezzanine level, with lift access.

We welcome assistance dogs inside The Arium’s facilities and have an outdoor area where dogs are welcome.

There are wheelchairs available should anyone need them and trolleys for heavier items. Do not forget, we're always on hand if you need some help with carrying something to your car.

The toilets and baby-changing facilities have step-free access, doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchair users, grab rails, and easy turn locks and taps.

We provide everything you’d expect to make your visit as smooth as possible. However, if you have specific requirements or any concerns, please contact us before your visit via email arium@leeds.gov.uk or phone 0113 378 9985 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
