The Arium is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
We will monitor and follow the latest government guidelines, ensuring we keep our visitors and staff safe. As always, if any further changes arise, we will keep you updated via our website and social media channels.
Our preferred method of payment is by card to reduce contact. We will also be accepting Arium Gift Vouchers.
We have 72 car park spaces available, including disabled. We also have an overflow car park if we do become a little busier.
As per the Government's guidance, it is now no longer mandatory to wear face masks in shops from Thursday 27 January 2022. Therefore, mask wearing is now a matter of personal judgment.
Public health guidance urging people to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces when coming into contact with strangers will remain.
In the interests of protecting the safety and welfare of all our customers and staff, we will be asking all visitors to observe the following safety measures:
We will continue to operate Track and Trace and recommend visitors to check-in via the NHS app on arrival.
Please make use of our hand sanitiser points and continue to wash your hands regularly and for more than 20 seconds. We will continue to provide enhanced site cleansing services.
To reduce the risk of transmission, we would politely ask that all customers respect other people’s personal space. Please be thoughtful and kind to other visitors and our staff member at all times.
Our friendly staff are here to help. If you do have any questions, please ask them for advice and assistance.
All dogs are allowed on leads within our playground area. Only assistance dogs are allowed to come into store.
