The Arium is open 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Please do not gather in larger groups so we can best protect everyone on site.

We will monitor and follow the latest government guidelines ensuring we keep our visitors and staff safe. As always, if any further changes arise we will keep you all updated.

We are open 9am - 4pm Monday to Saturday. Sundays 10am - 4pm.

Our shop, cafe, coffee pod and playground, as well as our toliet facilities are open to visitors.

All dogs are allowed on leads within our playground area. Only assistance dogs are allowed to come into store.

You may find that you have to queue before entering our store as we continue to work at a limited capacity to ensure everyone can maintain a safe distance.

Unfortunately we are not offering this service, however this may be subject to change as time goes on. We will be sure to keep you updated via our socials and publish any updates on the webpage.

For more information about how Leeds City Council is responding to Covid-19, please visit the Coronavirus Information Page https://www.leeds.gov.uk/coronavirus.

We have new visiting guidance in place to ensure everyone can enjoy a great trip to The Arium.

To help keep everybody safe, we will continue to operate Track and Trace and recommend visitors to check-in via the NHS app on arrival.

We advise all visitors to wear a face covering indoors throughout our shop and café, however this is not a mandatory requirement.

Please respect other visitors and our staff, and where possible maintain a safe distance and follow the one-way route.

Our friendly staff are here to help, if you do have any questions please ask them for advice and assistance.

Our preferred method of payment is by card to reduce contact. We will also be accepting Arium Gift Vouchers.

Parking will continue as normal, we have 72 car park spaces available, including disabled. We also have an overflow car park if we do become a little busier.

We are only offering a delivery service to support customers on site that need help taking their goods home with them, if you require this take-home delivery service please speak to a member of the team. We suspect this may be a popular service so we ask that you remain patient as ever with us to best organise a time to deliver.

Unfortunately we are not able to continue to offer this service until further notice, however you can opt for our take-home delivery service.

We advise all visitors to wear a face covering, however this is no longer compulsory requirement.
