All dogs are allowed on leads within our playground area. Only assistance dogs are allowed to come into store.

You may find that you have to queue before entering our store, this is a marshalled queuing system by a lovely member of our team to ensure the limited head count and safe social distancing of 2 meters is enforced throughout our shop.

We are only offering a delivery service to support customers on site that need help taking their goods home with them, if you require this take-home delivery service please speak to a member of the team. We suspect this may be a popular service so we ask that you remain patient as ever with us to best organise a time to deliver.

Unfortunately we are not able to continue to offer this service until further notice, however you can opt for our take-home delivery service.

Strict measures have been enforced to best safeguard our staff and visitors including; a marshalled queuing system with limited head count in different areas to enforce social distancing, trolley cleaning decks, marked one way guided routes on our footpaths and protective screens at till points.

Groups will be limited to a maximum of six people from one household or support bubble regardless of whether you are visiting indoor or outdoor areas. Please do not gather in larger groups so we can best protect everyone on site. Groups over six people (unless exempt) will be refused entry.

We ask visitors to please follow government legalisation and wear a facial covering. Face masks or face coverings must be warn before entering the shop and must kept it on until exiting. When dining in our cafe, please keep your facial covering on until seated. Customers that do not have a facial covering, and do not have an exemplary reason will be refused entry.

All visitors over 16 will need to provide contact information for test and trace. This can be done though scanning the NHS QR codes at our entrance or providing details to a member of our team or on arrival. If you provide your details manually your data will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. It will be stored securely for 21 days and only shared with the NHS if requested by the Test and Trace service.

We also ask that to help reduce contact that visitors pay for their products using card payment only. These new measures may increase wait times, if we could ask that customers continue to be patient.

You will understand that these rules are non-negotiable. We must follow them for everyone’s safety. What we can assure you is that, alongside these measures, you will find our friendly team ready to help as they always do.

Our preferred method of payment is by card to reduce contact. We will also be accepting Arium Gift Vouchers.

Parking will continue as normal, we have 72 car park spaces available, including disabled. We also have an overflow car park if we do become a little busier. We ask that visitors use their common sense and make sure they keep at a safe 2 meter distance when leaving their car to walk into store.

We are maintaining social distancing and limiting the number of staff in an area at any one time.

Unfortunately we are not offering this service, however this may be subject to change as time goes on. We will be sure to keep you updated via our socials and publish any updates on the webpage.
